Who you are buying from
Lempi Knits sells knitting patterns as digital PDF files. The trader's registered details are on the privacy page. Lempi Knits is the seller and is what appears on your statement and receipt; payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe. No VAT is charged: Lempi Knits is a small business not registered for VAT in Finland, so the price you see is the whole price.
What you get
A knitting pattern as a PDF file, in the language you chose when adding it to your basket. Nothing is posted to you — there is no physical product. Prices are shown per pattern with nothing added at the till; the amount you pay is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery
Your patterns are emailed to the address you give at checkout, usually within a few minutes of payment. The download links do not expire, so keep the email and you can download your patterns again at any time. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first, then get in touch and we will send the links again.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because a pattern is delivered immediately as a digital file, you are asked to agree at checkout that delivery starts at once and that you lose the right of withdrawal when it does. Once the download email has been sent, the sale is final.
If something is wrong
A final sale is not the same as no recourse. If a file is faulty, incomplete, or not what the page described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Statutory rights under EU and Finnish consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page.
How you may use a pattern
The pattern is for your own use. You may knit from it as often as you like, including items you sell yourself. Please do not share, resell or republish the file or its text and charts.
